1. Applicability

These terms apply to all orders placed through https://morphitoys.com.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment must be made before delivery.

3. Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days of receiving payment. The delivery times stated are indicative.

4. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging; the cost of returning them is at the buyer's expense. A refund follows within 7 days of us receiving the return.

5. Conformity

We warrant that products comply with the agreement and with reasonable requirements of soundness. Complaints? Please get in touch via info@morphitoys.com.

6. Disputes

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
