MorphiToys (Chamber of Commerce 97076686) processes personal data solely in order to fulfil orders and answer questions.
Which data
For an order: name, address, email address and telephone number. For contact: name, email address and your message.
What for
Fulfilling your order (including shipping via PostNL and payment through our payment provider), customer service and our statutory record-keeping obligation (a 7 year retention period for invoices).
Sharing with third parties
Only in so far as necessary: the delivery service (PostNL) and the payment provider. We never sell data to third parties.
Cookies
This website uses functional cookies (shopping basket and session) that are always needed to make the shop work. In addition we place, only with your consent given through the cookie notice, analytical cookies from Google Analytics 4 to measure anonymously how the website is used and to improve it. Your name, address and email address are not sent to Google; the data is kept for 14 months by Google Ireland Limited. If you refuse, no analytical cookie is placed at all. We use no marketing or advertising cookies and we never sell data to third parties.

If you disagree with the way we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.
