Your legal guarantee
Every product you buy from us is covered by the legal guarantee of the European Union. It always applies, you do not have to do anything for it and it costs you nothing.
What it means
You have a minimum of two years of protection. If a product turns out not to be what it should be, you may report that to us. That applies, for example, if it does not match the description, or does not work as you may expect.
We are liable for any defect that already existed on delivery and that comes to light within the guarantee period. In such a case we offer free repair or free replacement, and in some cases a partial or full refund.
What to do
Email us your order number and a photo of the problem at info@morphitoys.com. You do not have to prove that the defect already existed on delivery; we look into it and come back with a solution.
This is separate from your right of withdrawal
Besides the legal guarantee you have 14 days to change your mind. That is a separate right: nothing needs to be wrong with the product. How returns work.
Do you give a longer guarantee?
No. We do not offer a separate commercial guarantee of durability on top of the legal guarantee. That is why you will not see a GARAN label on our products: it only applies to a free guarantee that covers the whole product and lasts longer than two years.
