What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €2,95. From €25,00 we ship free of charge.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days of receiving payment. You will get an email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
What material are the animals made of?
All animals are 3D printed locally in the Netherlands from sturdy, recyclable PETG. Strong, long-lasting and safer than most other plastics.
What age are the products suitable for?
Our products are collectables and suitable for ages 14 and up. They contain small parts and are not toys for young children.
How do the mystery packs work?
You do not know in advance which animals you will get, and that is exactly what makes it fun! Every mystery pack contains unique animals plus a chance of an exclusive animal that is not sold separately anywhere.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind after receipt. See shipping & returns for the conditions.
Can I place a custom order?
Of course! Get in touch with your idea and we will gladly think along with you.
Do the colours differ from the photos?
The actual colours may differ slightly from the way they appear on your screen. Every animal is printed uniquely.
