Withdraw your order

Not entirely happy? You have 14 days to change your mind after you receive your order, in which you can withdraw it without giving a reason. Let us know below and you will get a confirmation by email straight away.

Good to know

The cooling-off period starts the day after you receive your order.
Return the products in their original condition; the cost of returning them is at your own expense (unless the product was not in order).
Refund within 14 days of withdrawal; we may wait until we have received the return or proof of postage.
Custom made excepted: products made specially to your own unique specification are not covered by the right of withdrawal. Choosing from our standard options (colour/variant) does not count as such, so those you can simply withdraw.
